BIHAR PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION – JUDICIAL SERVICE EXAM SYLLABUS, 2018

The preliminary exam for the BPSC 2018 – Judicial Services will be conducted on the following two subjects –

The question will come with their respective multiple choice options among which one will be a correct answer. Subjects of question will be comprised of the following topics as per the new BPSC syllabus –

1 General knowledge including current affairs
2 Elementary General Science
3 Law of Evidence and Procedure
4 Constitutional and Administrative Law of India
5 Hindu Law and Muhammadan Law
6 Law of Transfer of Property, Principles of Equity, Law of Trusts and Specific Relief
7 Law of Contracts & Torts
8 Commercial Law
